Monlar is a family business that was born from real estate development, building homes for families for three generations.

During all this time, the desire to manage our own accommodations was born with the desire to ensure that people who travel to Valencia temporarily can also feel at home, taking care of every detail to enjoy our beautiful city and create unique experiences.

And so Monlar was born, from a dream, an illusion and a team of people who work tirelessly to offer you the best of us.

And for this we offer two types of accommodation:

• Short-stay accommodation in hotel format for tourist stays in the city (for leisure, business, conferences, etc.) with Palau Apartments and Pio XII Apartments.

• Medium-stay accommodation for all those people who need to stay in the city for periods of several months (between one month and one year) for work, studies, experiences, projects, renovations or any reason that leads them to choose our city for a certain period of their life. To meet this need, we manage Monlar Campanar and Monlar Ruzafa, with flexible accommodation services with unique and advantageous conditions.
