Monlar is a family business that originated from real estate development, building homes for families for three generations.

Throughout this time, the dream of managing our own accommodations was born, with the desire to make people who travel to Valencia temporarily feel at home, taking care of every detail to enjoy our beautiful city and create unique experiences.

And so Monlar was born, from a dream, an illusion, and a team of people who work tirelessly to offer you the best of ourselves.

And for this, we offer two types of accommodation:

• Short-stay accommodations in a hotel format for tourist stays in the city (for leisure, business, congresses, etc.) with Palau Apartments.

• Medium-stay accommodations for all those people who need to stay in the city for periods of several months (between one month and a year) for work, studies, experiences, projects, renovations, or any reason that leads them to choose our city for a specific period of their lives. To meet this need, we manage Monlar Campanar and Monlar Ruzafa, with flexible accommodation services with unique and advantageous conditions.
