Monlar is a family business that originated in real estate development, building homes for families for three generations.

During all this time, the dream of managing our own accommodations was born with the desire to make people who travel to Valencia temporarily feel at home, taking care of every detail to enjoy our beautiful city and generate unique experiences.

And so Monlar was born, from a dream, an illusion and a team of people who work tirelessly to offer you the best of ourselves.

And for this we offer two types of accommodation:

• Short stay accommodation in hotel format for tourist stays in the city (from leisure, business, congresses, etc.) with Palau Apartments.

• Medium-term accommodations for those who need to stay in the city for periods of several months (between one month and one year) for work, studies, experiences, projects, renovations, or any other reason that leads them to choose our city for a specific period of their lives. To meet this need, we manage Monlar Campanar and Monlar Ruzafa, offering flexible accommodation services with unique and advantageous conditions.
